Welcome to Happy Mood Studio, a creative brand operated by Odette Lager Design, located in Uppsala, Sweden. By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

Happy Mood Studio is a creative lifestyle brand offering print-on-demand products such as clothing, home decor, and art prints, as well as digital downloads and design resources.

2. General Conditions

By using our site and services, you agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Products and Services

Our products include:

• Print-on-demand apparel, home decor, and accessories (produced and shipped by our production partner Printful).
• Digital downloads and printable files, available instantly after purchase.
• Occasionally, handmade or self-packed physical products (as stated on product pages).

Colors and images of products shown on our website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, due to screen differences, actual colors may vary slightly.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment system.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Print-on-demand products are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly from their global facilities.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the production schedule. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Happy Mood Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or force majeure events.

6. Returns and Refunds

Print-on-Demand Products

• Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product.
• If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part will be covered at our expense.
• Wrong addresses or unclaimed shipments will be returned to Printful’s facility. You’ll be responsible for reshipment costs.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
If you experience issues with your download (e.g., file corruption or incorrect file), please contact us at info@happymoodstudio.com, and we’ll assist you.

Handmade or Self-Packed Products (if applicable)

If you receive a defective or incorrect handmade item, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

EU Consumer Rights

Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Digital content once downloading has started.

However, we always aim to resolve issues fairly and kindly — please contact us if you have any concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, designs, patterns, artwork, and product images, is owned by Happy Mood Studio / Odette Lager Design and protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our designs or digital files without express written permission.

8. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date product and pricing information. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information without prior notice.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Shopify for e-commerce functionality and Printful for product fulfillment.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden and applicable EU regulations.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in Uppsala, Sweden.
