Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

All physical products in our shop are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted print partner Printful.
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong sizes, or color variations.

However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or if it gets lost in transit, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please contact us within 30 days after receiving the product (or after the estimated delivery date, if the package is lost) and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the affected product and packaging

Claims approved as manufacturing errors will be covered at our expense.

Return Address & Handling

Returned shipments are automatically sent to Printful’s fulfillment facility.
Once your return is received, you’ll get an email notification from us.

Please note:

  • Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days.
  • Wrong address: If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost once the correct address is confirmed.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products: For health and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., face masks) cannot be returned once unsealed or used.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back — we’ll guide you through the process.

Note for EU Consumers

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16 (c) and (e), the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  1. Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  2. Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion for personalized print-on-demand items.

Digital Downloads

All digital downloads (such as printable art, templates, or Procreate files) are final sale and non-refundable, since the products are delivered instantly after purchase.

If you experience any technical issue (e.g., missing or corrupted files), please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive the correct files.
